Gadgets surround our lives, and they do have an expiry date. Now and again, they want offerings and upkeep. Dubai-based startup Fixerman has launched a complete ‘mobile’ provider center with an assignment to offer all device-associated care.

The challenge started on this novel idea by converting a big-sized van, Toyota Hiace (also referred to as Fixervan—Purple), into a full-fledged integrated laboratory capable of engaging in all smartphone maintenance and other services in the purchaser’s far-away area. Meeting Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) standards, all of Finerman’s gadgets are ESD Compliant, which ensures the device’s protection.

Jassim Bangara, CEO of Fixerman, stated: “For now, we are self-funded and are seeking to tap into external investment for the next phase of our boom. Within the subsequent 12 months, we will seek to increase external funding as the enterprise stabilizes and we enlarge our operations. So far, we’ve invested Dh1 million, and we’re looking to increase an additional Dh1.5 million over the course of the subsequent year.”

Bandura explains that the startup started fixing phones but is now setting laptops and capsules nicely. Along with Fixervan, a startup has also brought Fixerhawk. “Fixerhawk is a two-wheeler bike we have introduced to our fleet to enable us to pick up and drop off any tool from any given region in Dubai. Shortly, we plan to make our geographical coverage; we understand that locating the right service accomplice is an assignment in many locations. Our expansion plans are vested in building belief with the patron,” brought Bangara.

So, does Fixerman face any opposition? Yes! Says Bangara. “We have competition within the marketplace, and I think competition keeps us on our toes. However, we agree that we have achieved a breakthrough regarding customer service. Restoring the tool in front of the customer while preserving international enterprise-solving standards is precise, which sets us aside. All our technicians are certified with five years of professional experience and a pair of years of technical education. Additionally, we offer a year’s warranty (an actual guarantee) so that clients can feel comfortable knowing that we’ve got their back. We have also differentiated ourselves with a mobile service center powered by solar power. Fixervan is the arena’s first solar-powered cell provider center!”

“Despite being inside the enterprise for over nine years, this concept sounded clean and futuristic. In the modern-day age, ‘time’ is everything. Previously, I worked at an employer, where I took seven days to go bareturnvice to the purchaser. I have seen their ache as a result. Fixerman aimed to solve that hassle. Additionally, I became thrilled to be a part of a group with a far-fetched imagination and prescientity to ‘repair’ the problems customers face ‘today.’ At Fixerman, we are working for the day after today – no longer for these days or the previous day,” stated Ziyad Bangara, CMO of Fixerman.

“When we performed our market look, we immediately felt that the business has a fee proposition that taps into a gap inside the marketplace. We believe that if the concept is completed successfully, it might gain some benefits. The operating model of Fixerman is specific, as it is not something we have to stumble upon. What we loved most about Fixerman became that it became built on what all of us love maximum – comfort, by way of going to the client and solving the device in an individual. From the client’s point of view, it sincerely gives an experience of consolation and remedy, knowing that your tool is still close by. Also, with its Just In Time Inventory version, we see the decreased danger of stock obsolescence. After operating out the numbers, we were sure to place our guess on it.”
