Automobile Giant Eicher, Aide et Action to educate

New Delhi [India], Jan.26 (ANI-Businesswire India): The Royal Enfield Academy for Skills, a CSR initiative of Eicher Group Foundation, and Aide et Action, a global NGO operating to empower youths and children, have come collectively to provoke decentralized demand for employability and entrepreneurship education for children between the ages of 18 and 35.

Over the subsequent three years, the challenge ambitions to train over 5,500 below-privileged adolescents, including 40% women in Gurugram and Chennai.

The training could be imparted through the centers in Gurugram, Pataudi, and Sohana in the Gurugram district of Haryana and Pappadam, Walajabad, and Sriperumbudur in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The six centers will conduct three-month training in talents such as automobile repair, electrician, hospitality, fashion design, and ITES.

The Gurugram education center was inaugurated today by Mr. G. Sekar, Director of Eicher Group Foundation, in conjunction with Ravi Pratap Singh, Regional Director of Aide et Action, and Dr. Aishwarya Mahajan, Director of Livelihood Education at Aide et Action.

“We are happy to be related to Aide et Action, which has been imparting great skill schooling programs to the marginalized youths since 2005.” He also introduced that “the manner of Aide et Action’s skill training program is complete and in line with Eicher Group Foundation’s objective to deliver the wonderful trade in the lives of many youths.”
